Nothing distinguishes Blake's High Performance Soccer Training from our competitors more than professional trained, certified and experienced staff. We are professional trainers, not just coaches!

From our experienced and professionally certified senior trainers to our junior trainers, the staff of Blakesoccer is dedicated to teaching the game the right way. We focus on player development through technical training customize for each individual player. Even when we take the pitch as a coach, we reinforce the technical components stressed in training.

Our staff undergoes annual certification training and continual education to ensure that our training skills are sharp, innovative and are of exceptional quality. Our senior trainers participate in various certification-training courses provided by NSCAA, USSF and UEFA.

Interested soccer professionals please contact Billy Blake at bblake@blakesoccer.com. Review the training credentials below and submit your resume for consideration. All trainers and coaches that work with BSA or any Blake High Performance Soccer Training programs must successfully complete the BSA coaching education course, acquire a Kidsafe Program certificate, and successfully pass a criminal background check (OBCI & FBI).

Training Credentials:

Senior Trainer: Must have a least a national level license provided by a US based coaching association USSF, or NSCAA  (i.e. National D). A minimum of 5 years direct coaching experience with various age groups. At least 2 years experience designing training curriculums. Experience in academy training style is preferred. Collegiate playing experience is preferred. A solid understanding of all US Youth Soccer Guidelines for player development. Strong understanding and interpretation of FIFA laws and regulations.

 Assistant Senior Trainer: must obtain or have a USSF age group appropriate license. Completion of the BSA coaching education program with 6 months of joining the staff.  At least 2 years direct coaching experience with various age groups. 

 Junior Trainer: HS playing experience is required. Must complete the BSA coaching education program and pass coaching assessment with 80% accuracy. Experience working with various age groups is preferred.

Camp Assistants: must have a USSF age group appropriate license. Completion of the BSA coaching education program prior to the scheduled camp.  At least 2 years direct coaching experience with various age groups.
